The Surfcomber is now closed for the 2008 season and we would
like to thank our guests for making this summer the best ever!
To the ever increasing number of you who come each year and
to those of you who came this year for the first time, we
are truly grateful for you patronage. We shall reopen for
the 2009 season on Friday, May 15th.
Did you know that 2009 will mark the Surfcomber's 50th year
in business? In 1959 Frank and Mildred Reilly (my grandparents)
built the Surfcomber here on South Shore Drive. Both Cape
Cod and The Surfcomber have changed a lot physically in the
years since, but the spirit of both places remain as they
always have; relaxing and beautiful, friendly and fun! If
you have never visited the Surfcomber, I invite you to give
our place a try. We'll take good care of you.
Our phones will re-activate for the 2009 season on April 1st,
2009. Any time after that date, give us a buzz at (508) 398-9228.
Regarding email
inquiries over the winter, we welcome them, but remember
that we try to get away ourselves for a month or two over
the winter. If you email us please be patient as you wait
for a response.
Thanks again!
